Women and Couples Therapy
Welcome and thank you for stopping by! My heart is to provide a safe place to explore hurt and pain and walk compassionately with others in their journey to healing, wholeness, and peace.
I use a Systems lens to conceptualize the case, which means I look at the whole family system and its influence on the woman or couple. I have advanced training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), EMDR, and Murray Method Trauma Certified Level 1 & 2 and implement attachment-based therapy in my practice.
I hold a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (license #2251 & NPI 1114625548, from Trevecca Nazarene University. Serving as a nurse for 30 years, allowed me to sit with people through some of their darkest moments, while providing encouragement and hope.
